Dr Lakhvinder Larh
Clinical Director
Dr Larh has been a GP Partner at the Loughton Surgery since 2007. His roles include co-Clinical Director for LBC PCN and Clinical locality lead for Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB. He has an interest in Medical Education and Training, working as a GP Training Programme Director and a Multi-Professional Trainer.
Dr Stephen Rebel
Clinical Director
Dr Rebel has been a GP Partner at Kings Medical Centre, Buckhurst Hill, since 2008. He is a GP trainer with a particular interest in joint problems and respiratory care. Dr Rebel sees the PCN as a great opportunity to improve the health care options for the population of Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, and Chigwell and enjoys working with the fantastic PCN team.
Faisal Khan
PCN Manager
Faisal is the Manager for the Loughton, Buckhurst Hill and Chigwell PCN. With a BSC in Business and an MSC in Adult Nursing, Faisal brings together his commercial experience with his broader understanding of healthcare in the community, to deliver an effective PCN that aims to meet patient needs where they require them most.
Chris Taylor
Operations Manager
With a BSc in computer engineering, Chris combines his technical skills with over 16 years experience working in primary care as a practice manager at Palmerston Road Surgery, to deliver patient centred, safe & effective care. In 2020 he joined the LBC PCN team to organise covid vaccinations and support the clinical directors in delivering the PCN goals.
